The Sushi Chef was created to produce authentic Japanese food, using only Japanese and Oriental ingredients to give that authentic taste. We have the advantage of having 25 years experience with our fish wholesalers supplying the best quality fish into Japanese restaurants around London. In 2008 we took the decision to enter the sushi catering market and with our experience we have been able to produce the best quality wholesale sushi and sashimi in London & The South East.

All of our food is made by our highly trained chefs and the quality control is done by our Managing Director, Max Anglin.
